Measures for Implementation of Work Safety Licenses of Hazardous Chemical Production Enterprises

To strictly regulate the safe production conditions of hazardous chemical production enterprises, the final version of the Measures for Implementation of Work Safety Licenses of Hazardous Chemical Production Enterprises was published by the State Administration of Work Safety (SAWS) via its order 41, on 22 July 2011. The order replaced the old one issued in 2004 and came into force on 1 Dec. 2011.
