Julie Harrington is a Senior Regulatory Consultant at CIRS Europe where she coordinates cosmetic regulatory services. She advises cosmetic brands, start-ups, and ingredient manufacturers on regulatory compliance across global markets including the EU, the UK, China, South Korea, and beyond.
With over six years of experience in cosmetic and chemical regulations, Julie has developed broad expertise in the global regulatory landscape and the ability to strategize in different regulatory contexts.
She holds a BSc. in Medicinal Chemistry from Trinity College Dublin, and is currently completing her Master’s degree in Toxicology at University College Dublin, expected in Autumn 2026.
