Zeynep Gudum is a multilingual Senior Regulatory Consultant at CIRS Europe, where she leads cosmetic services coordination and business development for CIRS's testing capabilities. She advises cosmetic brands, start-ups, and ingredient manufacturers on regulatory compliance across global markets, including the EU, UK, China, South Korea, and beyond.
With over six years of experience in the cosmetics industry, Zeynep has developed cross-functional expertise spanning R&D, claims substantiation, and regulatory affairs. Prior to joining CIRS, she held roles within research and innovation teams at global companies, including L'Oréal in France and Oriflame Cosmetics in Ireland, gaining hands-on experience in product development, scientific valorisation, and consumer-driven innovation across multiple product categories.
At CIRS, she combines technical and regulatory expertise with commercial insight, supporting clients in navigating complex global markets and successfully bringing safe, compliant, and effective products to life.
Zeynep holds a BSc. Life Sciences and Chemistry from the Université de Montpellier, and a Master’s degree in Industrial Cosmetology from the Institut de Pharmacie Industrielle de Lyon.
