On August 20th, 2019, SAMR issued ‘Guidelines on warning terms for health food labels’. This guideline aims to strengthen Health Food supervision, and it will be enforced formally since January 1st, 2020.
On 6th November, SAMR issued the ‘Available Excipients and Provisions for health food filing products’. This regulation will be enforced formally since 1st December 2019.
With the goal of helping companies have a better understanding of the alteration of these two regulations, CIRS held a webinar to talk about these two regulations. This webinar will have an introduction to China's health food, talk about the new regulation and see the changes in the excipients content. We will give analyses of the key points.
