from CIRS by

From October 9 to 10, 2025, the 4th Cosmetics Summit 2025 was successfully held in Istanbul, Turkey. The summit was organized by SURDER and brought together officials from government bodies such as the Turkish Ministry of Health-Turkish Medicines and Medical Devices Agency, Turkish Ministry of Trade, as well as experts from cosmetic manufacturing enterprises and research institutions.

The two-day summit featured in-depth discussions on key topics such as global cosmetic regulatory trends, product compliance, sustainability, and technological innovation. As an invited guest, CIRS Group actively participated in topic exchanges, contributing to the promotion of cooperation and development within the international cosmetics industry.

At the thematic seminar "The Future of Cosmetics-Strategic Vision and Trends" held on October 9, Ms. April Guo, General Manager of Personal Care Division at CIRS Group, was invited to deliver a speech titled Introduction of Global Cosmetics Regulatory Tool - Global CosIng and Summary of New Important Global Cosmetics Regulations.

In her presentation, Ms. Guo provided an in-depth introduction to Global CosIng, a comprehensive global cosmetic ingredient regulatory database that empowers cosmetic companies and ingredient suppliers with quick access to the latest regulatory statuses of over 40,000 ingredients across key markets, including China, the European Union, the United States, Canada, ASEAN countries, South Korea, and Japan. With advanced search capabilities and real-time updates, Global CosIng enables users to accurately access compliance information such as prohibited uses, restrictions, and safety limits for various ingredients. Ms. Guo also demonstrated the practical value of the tool through real-world case studies, highlighting its applications in areas such as formula review and ingredient screening. Her presentation captured the attention of the audience and received highly positive feedback.

In addition, Ms. Guo provided a comprehensive overview of the latest developments in global cosmetic regulatory policies for 2025, covering regulatory updates and emerging trends across key markets. She emphasized that, in the face of increasingly stringent global requirements for safety, transparency, and sustainability, companies need to establish efficient regulatory response systems and enhance their compliance capabilities to ensure smooth market access across multiple countries.
