Suah Sung, Senior Regulatory Consultant, Cosmetics Division at CIRS Korea
Ms Suah Sung is the lead for global cosmetic registration projects at CIRS Korea. She primarily provides regulatory consulting and project management services for Korean cosmetic and ingredient companies, supporting their global compliance needs. She is responsible for end-to-end management of cosmetic products, from regulatory consultation to registration and notification, with a particular focus on helping enterprises successfully enter the Chinese market. Suah is committed to delivering professional and efficient regulatory solutions to ensure products meet the requirements of international markets.

Yoon-Kyu Chi, Head of Product Certification Department at CIRS Korea
Mr Yoon-Kyu Chi is responsible for the Product Certification Department (cosmetics, medical devices, certification) at CIRS Korea.

Lanying Sun, Cosmetic Regulatory Consultant at CIRS Korea
Ms Lanying Sun is responsible for cosmetic registration and notification in China, providing professional regulatory consulting services to Korean cosmetic and ingredient companies. She coordinates the entire process0-from dossier preparation and system submission to post-market management-committed to helping enterprises efficiently and smoothly access the Chinese market.

Ms Chloe Wang, Deputy General Manager of Technology, Personal and Home Care Division at CIRS Group China
Ms Chloe Wang, certified toxicologist by the Chinese Society of Toxicology, works in CIRS Group for more than ten years and currently leads the technical team of cosmetics regulatory affairs with the rich experience in the registration of cosmetics and new cosmetic ingredient. Since joining the CIRS Group, she has handled the registration work of more than a thousand of cosmetics. Ms Chloe Wang is well-versed in cosmetic regulations in China, the European Union, the United States, Japan, South Korea, and other regions, and has frequently been invited as a guest speaker at cosmetic technical seminars both domestically and internationally. She earned her mater degree in Chemical Engineering from East China University of Science and Technology.
