CIRS Reminder
The May 2026 national and local cosmetic supervision and sampling inspection results show that popular categories such as sunscreen, hair dye, and shampoo/hair care products have a high incidence of non-compliance. Compliance risks related to ingredient mismatch and non-compliant microbial indicators are particularly prominent.
We remind relevant enterprises to closely monitor regulatory trends, conduct raw material control and formulation audits in line with typical inspection issues, promptly identify compliance risks, strictly observe the requirements of the Cosmetic Supervision and Administration Regulation and relevant technical standards, and comprehensively safeguard quality safety, and compliance from the source.
