Now, as an independent consultant, he maintains strong working relationships with key Vietnamese authorities—including the VINACHEMIA, Department of Industry and Trade, and provincial chemical management agencies. Ms. Nguyen Thi Ha studied and graduated from university with a degree in the food industry. After graduation, she worked at the Institute of Alcohol, Beer and Beverage Research from 1990 to 2004. From 2004 to 2019, she held positions as a specialist and head of department at the Ministry of Industry and later the Ministry of Industry and Trade, focusing on chemical and environmental management. During my 15 years at the Ministry, she actively participated in the development of the Law on Chemicals and related legal documents from 2006 to 2019. Since 2019, she has been involved in chemical management projects in Vietnam funded by international organizations such as UNIDO, GEF, UNDP, and GIZ.
