Dr. Kayla Preece, ND, DABT is a member of CIRS food division based in the USA. Her background is in U.S. food and dietary supplement regulatory compliance, and she specializes in GRAS substantiation. Kayla has additional experience with food toxicology study and publication and has earned her Diplomate of the American Board of Toxicology.

Mr. Hui Xu, Senior Regulatory Consultant

Mr. Hui Xu has a deep understanding of food regulations both domestically and internationally, with over 6 years of experience in regulatory compliance. He has extensive experience in new food raw materials and new food additives registration in China, and is familiar with the management and registration of food ingredients in the United States. Being proficient in Japanese, he focuses on providing food-related compliance services for Japanese enterprises.
