ECHA对34种物质提起动物实验征询

9月15日，欧洲化学品管理署(ECHA)网站公布最新提起脊椎动物实验征询的34种化学物质。这一批物质的征询截止时间是10月31日。

根据REACH法规，物质制造商及进口商有义务了解其制造或进口物质毒性反应相关的信息。ECHA为这些物质的危害属性做出评估并确保物质的危害风险得到备案，使物质的生产、制造、使用和废旧处理都得到有效控制。REACH法规同样要求涉及脊椎动物实验的物质新测试方案应只作为最后诉诸办法。

REACH法规第40（2）条规定，为最大化利用现有信息，特别是关于现有脊椎动物实验的信息，ECHA将所有脊椎动物测试方案，主要为法规附件IX和附件X要求的数据节点公布在ECHA官方网站，以征求公众评论意见。每一测试方案公布后，第三方机构有45天的评议征询时间，向ECHA提出“关于此测试方案的物质及危害节点有效信息或研究”。
