Michael Chang, PhD, graduated from University of Science and Technology of China, CTO of CIRS Group, DCST, DABT, Risk Assessment Specialist.

He is a leading technical expert in risk assessment of chemicals in China. Since 2011, his team has completed more than 200 REACH lead registrant projects and has prepared more than 500 risk assessment reports which were used in REACH registration or new substance notification in China. All reports have been accepted by authority. In addition, his team has compiled thousands of SDS for global enterprises.

He is involved in the translation of the book Risk assessment of chemicals -An introduction, which has introduced the concept of risk assessment to China. He is also proficient in various chemical risk assessment software and models such as EPA-SUIT, EUSES, ECE-TRA, IUCLID 6, CHESAR.
