Mr Yunbo Shi is currently the Chief Operations Officer of CIRS roup. He has many years' experience of regulatory affairs, product safety and product stewardship for various industries (chemicals, cosmetics and pesticides). His career started from CIRS but worked at Syngenta for 7 years, firstly as APAC chemical regulatory manager and then as senior environmental safety technical expert responsible for high-tier environmental studies and environmental risk assessment of pesticides. He is a certified toxicologist (DCST), executive council member of the Shanghai Society of Toxicology (SHSOT) and co-author of the book "Chemical Product Safety Regulations and Risk Assessment (ECUST press, 2018)". He holds a BS degree in chemistry from University of Science and Technology of China (USTC) and a MS degree in chemistry from University of Maryland College Park (USA).
