东盟化妆品指令更新：涉及附录II、II及VII！

东盟化妆品指令（ASEAN Cosmetic Directive，ACD）是一项区域性协议，旨在统一东盟成员国之间的化妆品产品要求，以减少技术性贸易壁垒，促进区域内化妆品的自由流通。

东盟化妆品委员会（ASEAN Cosmetic Committee，ACC）与东盟化妆品科学机构（ASEAN Cosmetic Scientific Body，ACSB）每年召开两次会议，以审查和更新化妆品相关法规，包括对ACD附件的修订。附录II禁用物质清单、附录III限用物质清单和附录VII准用防晒剂清单的最新修订版已于 2025年12月12日发布，现将其汇总整理，以供参考。

附录II禁用物质清单更新

修订1388号成分环四聚二甲基硅氧烷，新增CAS号293-51-6
